Eleven Beginner
Eleven Beginner is the perfect class for anyone new to reformer, or those wanting to go back to basics to improve their form, control and technique.
Although this is a slower, more controlled class, you will still get that full body workout, working muscles you didn’t know you had. Expect to feel that ‘Reformer Burn’!
Eleven Flow
Once you have gained confidence with the Reformer in Beginner, Eleven Flow is your chance to progress. With more sequences and intensity, Flow is the perfect way to level up and challenge yourself.
Eleven Dynamic
Flow
Once you have mastered the Reformer, Eleven Dynamic is an open level, high intensity flow style reformer class. This class challenges the full body, getting the heart rate up whilst we still focus on perfecting form and control.
To attend this class you need Reformer experience or to have attended some Beginner/Flow classes first.
Pre Natal
Our qualified Pre and Post Natal Instructors are ready to help you take care of and prepare your body for Birth
Reformer Pilates will help strengthen and stabilise the core, alleviating back pain during pregnancy, whilst enhancing your circulation, and encouraging relaxation through breathing focus that can aid in reducing stress and increasing sleep quality

Post Natal & Bring your Baby
Our Pre and Post Natal trained instructors are here to help regain strength, flexibility and fitness following childbirth
The controlled movements help to restore Pelvic Floor function and abdominal strength, and help ensure your posture and alignment return to their pre pregnancy state
This class offers a gentle yet challenging workout helping you regain confidence in your body and mind following childbirth
You are also welcome to bring along your pre crawling little ones to this session where a playmat and some wooden toys will be available for them to play with
